Overstock.com Delivers Now It's Our Turn

Well here is the final word on my experience with Overstock.com. I'm going to do my best to keep it short.

Overstock.com did what they said they were going to do. They kept in touch, they called me I didn't have to call them. I got emails from their social media customer care representative telling me they were on top of it from day one.

I must say I have had problems with other products delivered via an internet purchase. Let me just say. NONE OF THEM can TOP the level of service and turn around time from problem to resolution not once but twice and you know what it took less than seven days!

When Overstock.com representative realized the product giving her problems for the second time around was no longer in stock, they replaced it with a more expensive product at no charge to me! Not even the shipping.

Overstock.com even sent me two shipping labels to send BACK the bad product that we originally got. So now that we know the new MP3 player works we are sending them back to Overstock.com as soon as possible.

Imani is happy and glad that this is over and happy that I stepped in.

My last thought on this is this. Service is important to me. I can go anywhere and buy music players, household items and the like but what I cannot do is get the level of service I got from Overstock.com anywhere.

I know you guys think I am being paid to say this, I'm really not. I can go to any retailer physically and not be treated with any courtesy, kindness and appreciation for my business. This was an absolute treat for me.

Thank you once again for the prompt response to my child's silent pleas. Lol you all were great!
