So here we are one month down into the new year. I thought this would be good time to find out how you are doing.?
I am gong to make this simple and sweet.
Pull your copy of your New Year's resolution out and take a look at it. Well that's if you have a copy if not go ahead and do that now.
Since we are already into the second month of the year it might not be a bad idea to assess where you are in terms of your goals that you set at beginning of the year.
I wanted to pull mine out this early because I want to make sure that I remain on point as much as possible and not be disappointed that come the end of the year I am no where near where I want to be.
So go ahead and take a look at your list. I'm looking at mine right now. I have six things that I want to make sure get done before the end of the year.
All of these things are going to take steps to accomplish and so I am looking at this list to see how far I have come.
Oh great something else that I have accomplished! I am on task so far and that is a good thing!
I am also seeing how one goal on my list once it is accomplished will actually materialize about three other things on my list.
So here is my thought on that.
It's time for me to focus on the main project that will affect the other three on my list and be done by the time the end of the year comes.
So ask yourself this question?
Are you on point? If no why not? What can you do different to make that list you wrote out at the end of last year move forward?
I'm not going to tell you that I'm going to make another list but I am. This time its a task list. Let me tell you about Google Docs. When you go in a create your email address you have access to Google Docs which is an online office I can access anywhere. In my little virtual office there is a task link that when you click on it you can begin a task for the day. I use this to make sure I stay on point to my goal on my list that is keeping me on track to making my resolution real.
Of course you can use what you want to get there what ever that is for you. But make sure you get there.
