Ok so you know Thanksgiving is over but could someone tell my six year old? Lili has been home all week with a wretched ringworm smack dab in the middle of her forehead all week.
I am no sure what it is but I have always had the monster around from Timeka who is now in college to even KJ who has had a bout once since he has come into the world.
I finally gave up and realized that only time was the best remedy for the silly little buggers.
But lets get one thing straight. Having ringworm does not mean you are filthy, dirty, nasty pigs. So I went online I needed to know for myself what it was so I could get this girl back in school without having to reach with another doggone copay to see the doctor who will take my money and tell me something that I already see. "She has ringworm".

Ringworm is highly communicable and can spread in several ways. It can be passed from person to person via direct, skin-to-skin contact with an infected person. Ringworm can also be passed to people by infected animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, goats, and horses. The fungi can also be spread by contact with object or surfaces that were touched by an infected person or animal or, in rare cases, by contact with infected soil. If one part of your body is infected with the fungus that causes ringworm, it may spread from there to other body parts.
So now I have to worry about her getting it in her locks, her other body parts and the like. Motherhood has its days that is for sure. I never knew how contrary my child was until this week.
I'm going to get through this hell I have no choice if I don't take care of her with the help of my fifteen year old when I am working then who will.
In the meantime who in the world is sending their kid to school with ringworm so mine can get it?
Hmmmmm just curious.
I'll post on my lovely week with Lili later.
Til next time,
Mamma (Y've)
