Sparkpeople Day One

So I lost two pounds but what I ate today I probably gained it back. What I have done since I want to keep going is start over once again. Sparkpeople has some really great videos so I just going to start with workout one.
Join me. Why not? You know you want to. You are just like me, too busy to do anything else but a ten or fifteen minutes workout and then pass out.
